Report of impaired driver in silver Hyundai

As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities issued a lookout for a silver Hyundai possibly driven by an impaired motorist near the Orange County line on Rapidan Road. The vehicle, reported by an off-duty officer, was also noted to have a broken brake light.
