Threat to harm person at home near Lincoln Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded after overhearing Ray County traffic about a 911 call to a residence near Lincoln Lane where the caller threatened to harm someone if law enforcement did not arrive within about 5 minutes. Responding officers initially noted it sounded like it could be a hostage-type situation, but later reported they were inside the residence and the situation was stable/scene secure.
