Suspicious person seen on property then leaves

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious woman in black clothing on private property near Highway 365 South in the Redfield area. The caller was watching a camera feed and saw the woman on the property, but she reportedly left before deputies arrived.
