Loose horse reported at rural property

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a loose horse at a rural property off Highway 23 near Reedsburg. The animal reportedly belongs to the caller’s former spouse, and the caller stated they cannot contact that person due to a restraining order.
