Man reports kidnapping at Remington gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a gas station near US-24 in Remington where a man inside the store reports he was possibly kidnapped and then released at the pumps. The alleged suspect left in a black Dodge Ram pickup with an out-of-state license plate.
