Officer checks vehicle after report of loud puppies

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer contacted a vehicle near the 400 block of East Gate Street in Richland Center after a possible noise complaint. The officer spoke with the vehicle’s owner, who reported hauling blue heeler puppies that had just been fed and were making noise. No further issues were reported and the officer cleared the scene.
