Truck makes unsafe turn at highways 14 and 80

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a truck from a specific company that reportedly made an unsafe turn without signaling at the intersection of Highways 14 and 80 near Richland Center, then continued south on Highway 80.
