Parking complaint about large trailer on South Park St

That there is a large 5th wheel type trailer parked in the 500 block of South Park Street near Burton Street.

So it would be obvious which vehicle or which trailer that is, but I attempted phone contact with a possible owner.

The 17 gave me and there was no answer, but I left a message.
