Suspicious person reportedly trying to steal cable

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home on Bristol Way in Richmond Hill regarding a suspicious man. The caller reported a white male in an orange vest, black shirt, and white baseball cap who had come by multiple times and was apparently trying to steal fiber optic cable from the area.
