Reckless semi nearly causes crashes on I-75

I-75 northbound just past Exit 83.

Caller advised that a semi red tractor with a trailer that says Rafa on the side has been speeding in and out of traffic, almost hit the RP and had to swerve to avoid hitting another vehicle.
