As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported ongoing neighbor dispute near North State Street in Richmond. The complainant reported that the neighbor was outside yelling and threatening them and claimed to have a firearm, although no weapon was actually seen. Both parties were in separate trailers when officers were dispatched.
