Small grass fire near Richmond Elementary school

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a commercial fire alarm at Richmond Elementary in Ridgecrest. Units found a small quarter-acre grass fire near the school that was handled by patrol units, with the utility company also on scene.
