Report of prowlers and person having seizures

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a home on Long Hollow Road near Rineyville after a caller reported three possible prowlers. The caller also reported that a person in their care had experienced several seizures but was no longer actively seizing and declined EMS response.
