As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched near Somerset Drive and Somerset Road, just inside the main entrance to the Trilogy area in Rio Vista, for a reported 77-year-old man who apparently fell, suffered a head injury, and was bleeding from his ear.
