Intoxicated mother reportedly threatens people at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check at a residence on North Second Street in Ripley for a reportedly intoxicated mother who was allegedly threatening people. The request came through a text-to-911 message from an anonymous complainant, who may have video of the incident.
