Person possibly suicidal after mixing medications at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are dispatched for a welfare and medical check on a person at an apartment near South High Street after a hospital reported the person was talking irrationally, possibly suicidal, and may have mixed up their medication.
