Tree down on power line pulling on parked truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched for reports of wires down near West Cherry Street and County Road after a tree apparently fell onto a power line and pulled on a truck. No one was reported in the truck, and troopers on scene advised that the fire department response was not needed.
