Speeding vehicle reported on Highway 55

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible black Honda Accord traveling at a high rate of speed on Highway 55 toward River Falls. A caller also reported that a male may have struck a female in the face at a nearby location, and deputies were trying to gather more information.
