Person assaulted at Windermere Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, medics and police were sent to an apartment complex off Northwest Vivian Road for a reported assault victim who was hit in the head and face about 45 minutes earlier and wanted medical evaluation. Personnel planned to meet fire crews at the entrance to guide them to the victim, whose exact location inside the complex was uncertain.
