Man has breathing emergency at highway motel

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a delta-level medical call for a 74-year-old man with breathing problems at a motel room near West Highway 40 in the Boone Fire jurisdiction. The man was conscious, breathing, and reported shortness of breath and a sensation of something stuck in his throat.
