Traffic stop turns into short vehicle pursuit

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers briefly pursued a vehicle near Park Street after the driver reportedly fled east on South Grand and then west on Ash. The pursuit was later terminated, and the vehicle was reported to lack registration and insurance and possibly involve cannabis. A separate call mentioned a twenty-seven-year-old woman hallucinating and paranoid at a lodging location on South Dirksen.
