Teen undergoes psychiatric evaluation after domestic incident

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and EMS responded near a school on North Ave in Rochester for a possible mental health evaluation of a juvenile female following a domestic incident. Fire and medical units were asked to stage until police arrived and then directed into a wooded area off the road.
