Man suspected of trespass and attempted theft on farm

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible criminal trespass near a property along 42nd Road in the Rock area. A caller said a man arrived in a black Blazer and was on a cousin’s property across a fence line with a flashlight, possibly trying to steal items from a vehicle or the property.
