Man conscious with numbness in legs at Rockaway station

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical responders were dispatched to a walk-up medical emergency near South Anchor Street in Rockaway. A 47-year-old male patient is conscious and experiencing numbness in his lower extremities. Captain 21 and units 3141 and 3142 are on scene or responding.
