Man reports possible phone theft, later calls it mix-up

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a location near Barry Drive in Rockaway for a 911 call from a man who first reported his face was assaulted and that his caseworker stole his phone. The caller later suggested it may be a misunderstanding about the phone, and officers went to check the situation. A navy blue Honda Odyssey was reportedly seen leaving the area.
