Suspicious person flees from driveway in Rockford

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers report a possible suspicious person who was first seen in a driveway and then ran through a nearby alley. The person was later possibly seen near Cedar Street and Spring Street and appeared to run eastbound while officers responded.
