Large grill fire at Waldo Avenue apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to an apparent grill fire near an apartment on Waldo Avenue in Rockland. A caller reported a large flame with lighter fluid being added, and several people on scene trying to stomp out something that had caught fire.
