Two-car crash at West and Rockland streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, rockport fire, EMS, and police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Rockland Street and West Street near an insurance office. A white work van and a black BMW were involved, and everyone reportedly appeared to be out of the vehicles and walking around. One vehicle remained in the roadway, and injuries were unknown but responders later reported apparent refusals of treatment.
