As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported residential fire alarm at a home on Dogwood Trail Road near Maple Grove Farm Lane and Dogwood Trail Way. The alarm, reported from the family room, was reportedly received multiple times by the alarm company.
