Tow truck reported driving erratically on Bishop Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a traffic complaint about a flatbed tow truck from a local towing company reportedly driving erratically with lights and siren on near Highway 72 and Bishop Avenue, nearly hitting other vehicles. The driver claimed to be responding to a crash, but highway patrol reportedly had no record of an emergency response involving that truck.
