Trespassing report at Walmart parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported trespassing situation in the parking lot of a Walmart on South Bishop Avenue. A person in a white van, possibly a Toyota, was seen loading items after going inside to shop. The caller was unsure whether all items had been paid for, so officers were asked to check for a possible theft or trespassing issue.
