As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disorderly man at a Dairy Queen drive-thru in Roseburg. Callers stated that an older man, described as possibly homeless and wearing jean shorts with no shirt, was seen urinating with his pants down and had trash scattered around the area. Deputies were sent to check the situation and contact the man and others nearby.
