Elderly woman falls down steps near state highway 30 in Roxbury

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving an elderly female who fell down (number withheld) steps and reported bruising and dizziness was reported near State Highway 30. ALS and EMS responses were requested.
