Smoking vehicle with oil leak off Highway 84

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio reports describe a possible disabled vehicle, reportedly a white SUV, on Highway 84 westbound across from the Roxie truck stop. The vehicle was emitting smoke and may have an oil leak. A passerby apparently extinguished the smoke, and the vehicle is now off the roadway.
