Teens make obscene gestures at Roy train station

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible juvenile disturbance at Roy Station involving several teenage boys allegedly making obscene gestures toward two elderly women on the train platform. Train personnel reportedly refused to let the teens board and the women were said to be waiting in the north parking lot.
