Unresponsive man with possible agonal breathing near Cherry Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a home near Cherry Street and Mason Street in Royston for a report of an unresponsive 34-year-old man with possible agonal breathing and a history of diabetes. First responders and a medical unit were dispatched with an AED after the caller reported his face had turned blue and CPR could not be performed.
