Child with high heart rate and chest pain in Rush Hill

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a home near Second Street in Rush Hill for a reported medical emergency involving a juvenile girl with a very high heart rate, labored breathing, a history of heart problems, and chest pain. Multiple units reported en route to the scene.
