As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report that a semi truck possibly struck a passenger car near State Road 44 by Rushville and continued westbound. The semi was described as hauling a long aluminum tube with a two-by-four sticking out from the right side. A silver Ford Escape was reportedly following the semi to provide its location.
