Person walking in traffic near Russell county line

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were requested near Russell Plaza Drive and Russell Road, close to the county line, for an attempt to locate a white male reportedly walking in and out of traffic in the median. A neighboring county asked for deputies to respond to the area.
