Chest pain persists after nitroglycerin at Welsh Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency was reported involving chest pain near Welsh Drive. The patient took nitroglycerin but the pain persisted and blood pressure was elevated. The patient also had right shoulder pain.
