76-year-old man has breathing difficulty when lying down

As discussed during the dispatch call, medic dispatched for a 76-year-old male with breathing difficulty near Lake Caroline Drive. Symptoms began last night and worsen when lying down. Patient conscious and has history of kidney transplant.
