Power line arcing and suspected blown transformer

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a location on Ingle Avenue in Rutherford for electric wires reported arcing and sparking and a possible blown transformer, with a recent area power outage and utility workers already on scene and no active fire reported.
