Accidental panic alarm at Grove Street store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported panic alarm at a store on Grove Street. The alarm was later reported as accidental. Radio traffic also mentioned a complaint about two kids riding mini bikes between Curtis Avenue and Haywood.
