Truck alarm repeatedly sounding on State Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check a vehicle on State Street in Rutland after a truck alarm repeatedly sounded and a woman was seen getting out of the vehicle. It was later reported that the caller thought the truck might be stolen because the alarm kept going off.
