Neighbor reports possible return of missing resident

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked a residence near East State Street in Salamanca for a possible missing person after earlier attempts to locate them. A caller at a nearby office later reported loud noises downstairs and thought the person might have returned home or been injured.
