Female in active seizure at Salida apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a business near Highway 291 in Salida for a report of a woman in an active seizure. She was later reported to be out of the seizure but still confused. In a separate call, assistance was requested for a person with a disabled vehicle on Highway 285 near a mile marker.
