Am i the only one who always sees the same 2 people/cars suspiciously loitering outside of the mall parking lot every morning around 5-8 am?

I have never known of any employees showing up at the District between 5 and 8 am. You would be pretty lucky to see an employee show up before noon. If they are there everyday they sure as heck wouldn’t be there to cause harm. Especially when the mall lot has several cops there doing paper work or to clean up their reports of their shifts. If the guy was permanently there day and night living in his car the Mall manager would for sure have him removed. That’s not a guess that’s a fact. The man you should be afraid of is the one staring at you from bushes or hiding around the corner not a man in visible sight staring at you days on end in his car with tags

I would like to add, the Mall is private property and complaints should be made to the Mall manager not the police. Do I have the right to call the police because someone is always parked in my neighbors driveway? NO!!! If it bothered me I would ask my neighbor if they were aware of it. Then it would be on them to call the police. WHY? Because it’s private property. So you all quit playing peace keepers when police are not needed or be involved until the property owner or manager calls them.
