Elderly woman with breathing difficulty in car at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to Main Street and West Gabilan Street in Salinas for an elderly woman in a gray Nissan Leaf who was reportedly having difficulty breathing and could not get out of the vehicle. Radio reports also indicated she may be cognitively impaired.
