Teen reportedly swung leash at mother, fled into woods, and threatened self-harm

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were advised of a reported family disturbance involving a 16-year-old male who allegedly swung a leash at his mother, then ran into the woods and threatened self-harm. Call location was given as near County Road 39 in the Salineville area (across from the former Jarvis location).
