Possibly intoxicated neighbor riding motorcycle

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a home near Highway U in Bucklin after a caller reported that a neighbor, believed to be intoxicated, had come into the yard earlier and was now riding a motorcycle up and down the highway.
